Working Principle
The PE Jaw Crusher is powered by the motor. Through the motor pulley, the eccentric shaft is driven by the V-belt and the sheave, so that the movable jaw reciprocates along the predetermined tracks to crush materials inside the crushing cavity. Materials, after being processed and reaching the standard, would be discharged from the lower discharge opening.
Application
Jaw crusher is mainly used in aggregate plant(stone crushing plant), ore rock crushing plant, mineral processing plant, solid waste recycling plant, coal crushing plant, etc. We can call it quarry crusher and mine ore crusher.

Working Principle
When the S Spring Cone Crusher works, driven by the motor, the eccentric sleeve rotates under the combined action of the triangular belt, big belt pulley, transmission shaft, bevel pinion and bevel gear wheel. Then, under the action of the eccentric sleeve, axis starts to rotate, too. During which, the crushing wall would be sometimes close to or sometimes away from the rolling wall. This motion forces materials to be shocked, squeezed and broken continuously in the crushing cavity between the crushing wall and the rolling wall. Finally, materials are discharged out of the machine when their fineness reaches the discharging standard.

Working Principle
Impact Crusher breaks materials with impact force. When working, driven by a motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When materials enter the working area of hammer, they are crushed under the high-speed shock. Then broken materials are thrown onto the lining plate for another crushing. Finally, qualified materials are discharged from the opening. Adjusting the gap between the impact rack and rotor rack can change the granularity and shape of finished products.
